Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling!)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup milk/milk substitute
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!
